He eventually came to Victoria and married Anna Rosina Eubergang. http://genforum.genealogy.com/germany/messages/16241.html And My ggggrandfather Carl Frederich Presser appears to have been born in Lederose, Leignitz, Silensia Prussia which is now Rosana, Lower Silensia,Poland. His birth date is thought to be around 18th August 1816 and it is thought his fathers name is Ernst. I would like to try and confirm this information but do not have any idea of how to access records or where these records could be. I found the location from his naturalisation papers here in Australia.
